William J. Perry

WILLIAM J. PERRY is a Senior Fellow at the Freeman Spogli Institute and the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, where he is also Director of the Preventive Defense Project. He served as U.S. Secretary of Defense from 1994 to 1997 and as U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense from 1993 to 1994.
