Our mission
FounderFamilia’s Vision is simple: increase the number of Latine led startups being funded by VCs and other capital providers. We do this by providing access to capital providers + decision makers, education and a supportive and curated community.
In fact, by 2030 we aim to increase the number of Latine led startups being funded from a dismal 1.2% to 5% of all funded startups in that year.

Since its founding, FounderFamilia has connected hundreds of startups with capital providers which has led to over $2M in capital being allocated to our founders.
Though this is not the only benefit our community provides, we are proud to be enabling the next Latine Unicorn to be created.
Visionaries, change-makers, community builders . . . are just a few of the descriptions for our members. The one thing we have in common is the desire to support each other in our entrepreneurial journeys. We have first time founders who have just started their company with venture funding all the way to serial entrepreneurs with multiple exits. We live in the US, Latin America and even Spain. We share a language, a culture and a desire to change the world.
We have members who represent all of the budding and established tech hubs in the US and Latin America. From Colombia to Miami, from Mexico to LA you will most likely find a Latine founder who shares your background, culture and maybe even family. We also have members in government, industry and education who are part of our community.
Our goal is to be inclusive but curated in order to ensure our community can help support each other and help us reach our ambitious 2030 goals. Familia means you can do business with one another.
