<p>Neves has had a breakout season with Benfica and the highly-touted midfielder has attracted a lot of attention from across Europe. As per <a href="https://x.com/jacobsben/status/1804615506537877964?s=46" target="_blank">journalist Ben Jacobs</a>, Benfica have no plans of letting the wonderkid leave the club this summer for anything less than his release clause of €120 million (£101.4m/$128.2m).</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Manchester United are looking to replace <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-in/lists/man-utd-casemiro-saudi-pro-league-transfer-fee/bltf93c296055851ec3" target="_blank">Casemiro, who is set to leave the Red Devils for a move to Saudi Arabia</a>. Meanwhile, Arsenal are likely to be looking to fill the gap in the squad left by <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-in/lists/thomas-partey-replacement-arsenal-enquiry-premier-league-defensive-midfielder/blt243dd8efbc2f5131" target="_blank">the imminent sale of Thomas Partey</a> but have Declan Rice firmly in place as their main pivot. As per the report, neither team is willing to meet Benfica's demands and will only look to begin talks with the club if they name a more reasonable asking price.</p>

<p>Paris Saint-Germain are also showing interest in the Portuguese midfielder, but are not willing to even think about any figure over €75 million (£63.4m/$80.1m) for the 19-year-old this summer.</p>

The 19-year-old made his Euros debut in the second group game as he played two minutes in a 3-0 victory over Turkey.
