The Premier League champions, however, are set to reject the offer as they will demand a fee in excess of <span>€50m </span>(<span>£42m).</span></p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>The Brazilian has reportedly agreed to make a move to the Middle East after Al-Nassr offered him a <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/ederson-man-city-brazilian-gbp900k-a-week-saudi-deal/blt7afe3fdad8e4c0d3#csb346ec44eafc30b7" target="_blank">whopping £900,000-a-week deal</a>. The Premier League champions, on the other hand, will place a final 'take it or leave it' offer in front of the star goalkeeper to prevent him from joining Cristiano Ronaldo's side.</p>

<p>With the Brazil international's existing contract set to expire in two years, time is running out for the English club to earn a hefty transfer fee. If he does not agree to put pen to paper on the new contract, City are expected to sell him.</p>
