f . g x = f (g x)which actually looks like the real thing (and that's awesome). The book made some comments, but didn't dwell on the mathematics background, which might be a relief for some people. The colouring was vibrant and pictures were refreshingly non-traditional for a programming book. All in all a nice, light introduction to functional programming and Haskell. Recommended for people new to both subjects, but not necessarily to the more seasoned functional veterans (no, javascript doesn't count).
