Why is the book so long when in Spanish they are way shorter?

Does anyone know if the print volume is actually 384 pages or 523? I'm getting conflicting numbers on GR, Amazon, and the Seven Seas website? I think somebody combined the regular 2nd volume with the omnibus edition, but I'm not sure.
