In Zero-Day Rising, Kiyoko resolves to free her sister and bring down President Rand and MediaCorp. However, MediaCorp unleashes its ultimate plan: direct mind control with cerebral implants. Everything is stepped up more than just a single notch in this conclusion to the BetterWorld Trilogy. It's a vivid world he has created and stayed true to. It plays out like a movie in the readers minds.
We have followed these characters and the stakes have gotten higher and higher. There is plenty of action and mystery laced throughout this one.
You won't want to miss this conclusion.

Weber delivers a gripping, action-filled final installment in his SF trilogy.

Kiyoko and her friends are ready to take on the corrupt President and the MediaCorp, but first they must get Waylee out of the prison. The stakes rise after the friends become aware of the company’s plan of implementing direct mind control with cerebral implants. But with a nationwide hunt in effect, hacking into MediaCorp’s system is not as easy as it seems on the surface.

Weber expertly weaves the intricate plot and futuristic landscape and technology into an immersive narrative. The fully fleshed, entertaining cast of characters and their intricate relationships elevate the plot further. The pacing is swift and the tension stays ripe as the plot snowballs toward a mind-boggling, heartening conclusion.

This exhilarating work of imagination delivers both adventure and thrills while exploring the ethical and moral dilemmas related to biological advancements.

The lovers of fast-paced SF, particularly cyberpunk fiction won’t want to miss this one.

This is an excellent Sci-Fi read and a continuation in a series that melds Science Fiction with technology and brings us quite the thriller.
I love the way the author managed to create a world both bleak and well-described.
I could easily envision the nightmare the characters had to struggle to survive. It’s also a cautionary tale. T.C. Weber, has written an extremely entertaining story and I sincerely hope to read more from him ASAP!

Weber’s final installment in the BetterWorld trilogy shines with expert pacing, multifaceted characters, and provocative scientific speculation.

Kiyoko is determined to free Waylee, but the bigger challenge for the group is to bring down President Rand and MediaCorp. With MediaCorp on its path to controlling people’s minds through cerebral implants, the group must find a way to penetrate the corporation’s network and expose their dirty deeds. But with high surveillance and authorities on their trail, the group must tread safely.

Weber skillfully takes a grim look at a futuristic earth where technology has overpowered people’s lives, and the blurred line between morality and science is disappearing rapidly. High anticipation combines with expertly crafted twists and tension-filled narrative to keep the pages flying. Readers will appreciate the mix of fast-paced action thriller and SF intrigue, a blend of high action and tender emotions, in which duty and responsibility are placed ahead of personal desires.

Weber is excellent when it comes to drawing an entertaining cast of complex characters grappling with questions of free will and morality while raising thought-provoking and philosophical questions.

Readers hungry for rip-roaring, exciting thrills of gracefully crafted cyberpunk fiction need look no further.

What a brilliant way to end the trilogy. (Although I’ve gotten someone attached to the main characters, and I’m a bit sad to leave them behind). If you’ve read books one and two, you’re fairly familiar with the corporate villains in this dystopian world. But the stakes and action have both been upped in this thrilling conclusion. I honestly cannot recommend this enough, (but be sure to read books one and two first to fully appreciate what’s happening). Everything seemed so real, you can almost believe you’re taking a peek into our future. Definitely recommend!

A good ending to the saga. Lots of things happened and the characters responded to the things as well-thought out characters respond to things.

T.C. Weber's final book in the Better World Trilogy doesn't disappoint. It maintains the righteous pace found in the previous books and ends with a satisfying conclusion. Rather than have the protagonists remain stale and stagnant, Weber continues to grow the characters through the course of the story. You'll have to read it to see if they are successful against MediaCorp, and if they can truly build a better world. Well worth your time.
