The greatest part about being a leader is when you develop and create other leaders.
Sometimes we speak a strength into people that they are not equipped to stand in,
Always remember that a dead battery can’t boost another battery. Don’t look for healing from other hurt people who are just as bad off as you are and would be content to swap sob stories and dig depression holes for each other. Guard your company even when you’re in a dark place. Don’t look to be pacified; look to be pushed. Find people, who are living purposefully and are bringing you life with their conversations, their actions and their spirits.
Although endings are hard, life requires them. There is danger in fighting for something when it’s time to move on. If we don’t learn how to conduct necessary endings, then we stay stuck, miss out on opportunities, and fail to reach our goals and dreams. Sometimes fear makes us stay too long past our expiration date.
If you ever feel like you don’t have an alternative, remember that being loyal does not have to come at the price of total self-sacrifice.
Change The Conversation. Spend more time talking about the liberation than the discomfort.
Start talking more about what happens on the other side. It’s not the process that’s hard; but it’s the start that is hard. Leaving
