Considering Nina and Maggie’s history and current circumstances, their interactions felt very mundane. I would’ve expected more tension from this twisted relationship. Maybe there's more later on but I guess I'll never know.

DNF. I enjoyed the dark romance but I didn't like the way that Sawyer and Enzo keep shoving strange occurances under the rug or ignoring it, for exampDNF. - The woman in the water
- The sound of chains being dragged upstairs
- Their bedtime, being locked in their room and given a bucket

I was expecting a morally grey character that I felt conflicted to root for. For a clever chess game, to calculate every move to hide Hannah's true intentions. But I didn't get any of that. It felt too unrealistic to let students run a case and I just couldn't get into it....more
