This is a dark story of revenge, abduction, and transformation that may be a bit extreme for some readers – even I was shocked at one particular aspect – but it’s brilliantly done. Miss Irene has such a grasp of the mental and emotional aspects of the power exchange, she imbues her stories with deeper meaning than you might expect.
Charles is a lawyer looking to land a spot at a prestigious firm that he hopes will lead to a life of luxury. He’s spent weeks preparing for the interview, and has rehearsed answers to every possible question, but proves woefully unprepared for the shocking, vulgar request made of him. Instead of just walking away, he snaps back at the other man, insulting him and his company – and Justin is not the kind of man who takes such treatment lying down.
I loved how Miss Irene structured the tale here, drawing out not just the reader’s suspense, but that of Charles as well. He’s given just enough time and information to understand the kind of man he’s crossed, to begin to fathom the depraved kinks to which Justin and his wife are accustomed, before he’s abducted into their dark world of erotic pet trafficking. What follows is a story of physical and mental conditioning, feminization, body modification, and sexual slavery. He’s manipulated in ways that aren’t fully clear until later in the story, with some twists and revelations that undo your reading of the story as much as they do his reality.
What’s ironic is that, with its darkest aspects removed, this could be a safe, pleasant fantasy of erotic submission. There’s a guilty appeal to certain experiences, and that is precisely what makes it all so sinister. Miss Irene offers just enough of what her readers crave to draw them into the story, and only once she has us in her grasp does she reveal what we’ve gotten ourselves into. Kitty’s Cream is a wild, extreme story, as much a thriller as a work of erotica, but it’s so beautifully crafted that every scene is worth admiring.
Female Domination can be a dream for some, a fantasy for others, and (yes) a lifestyle for the lucky few. Even then, it can sometimes be easy to lose Female Domination can be a dream for some, a fantasy for others, and (yes) a lifestyle for the lucky few. Even then, it can sometimes be easy to lose sight of the Female behind the Domme, to forget that they have lives outside the dungeon, needs and desires outside the power exchange dynamic.
With The Heart of the Dominatrix, Inanna Justice collects those real-life stories from 21 women across the world, proving us with an intimate glimpse into who they are in and out of the scene, how they came to it, and why they embrace it. It's a gorgeous book in which the women share their stories in their own words, illustrating them with their own images.
I won't comment on every Domme because these are their stories, their experiences, and their passions, and the fact that we don't share the same fetishes, practices, or limits should not take away from their words. I would, however, like to highlight those that really spoke to me:
MISTRESS CAROL offers perhaps the best explanation I've ever read about the power of hypnosis and how profound the power exchange can be when there's a trance involved - not as a mind control fantasy, but as a psychological experience.
LADY VI provides what may have been my favorite entry in the book, not just talking about the erotic power of perverting religious institutions, but sharing an entire Satanic rite of passage she conducted for a Muslim transgender client that gave me chills.
KAREN CHESSMAN is a legitimate French Countess who describes herself as a "fetish pansexual transgender, non-pro-Domme" (that made me fall in love with her right there) who, among other things, shares her experiences in the world of pony training.
MISTRESS ELIS EURYALE contributes one of the most diverse stories in the book, talking about the power of the femme fatale, the potential for gynarchy in gender dynamics, and how a love of literature shaped her medical amputation fetishes.
DOMINA GODDESS JAGUAR takes an interesting approach with her story, talking about how her background as a dancer gives her an appreciation for fluidity and form, for choreographing pleasure, before addressing the power exchange, pre/post-session rituals, and aftercare.
LUNATIKA makes a wonderful connection with how pleasure guides her in administering pain, but it's how she describes the dynamic of her personal slaves that really spoke to me, with total ownership (body and soul) intertwined with respect and intimacy.
MADAME MARGHERITE contributes one of the longest and most in-depth chapters of the book, talking a lot about the empowerment of animal play (from dogs to frogs), but what fascinated me most was how being gender-neutral creates so many interesting contrasts in her experience, including the fact that while she enjoys prostate play and loves toys, the strap-on illusion of having a penis feels silly and makes her uncomfortable.
While there are obviously some common themes that connect the Dommes, it was interesting (and sometimes surprising) to discover how divided they are on subjects such as gynarchy/matriarchy, the expression of sexuality, gender preferences in their submissives, and even if/how aftercare should be administered. Some are more passionate than others about those subjects, some more deeply invested in those aspects of the lifestyle, but they're all to be admired and respected.
Inanna Justice has put together a wonderful book that's as sumptuous as it is significant. She's given each of the Dommes the chance to speak, to bare their hearts and souls in a way that few of us get to appreciate from afar, and it's a safe bet that more than one admirer will come away from this a devoted submissive. There's no doubt that these are all Exceptional Mistresses and even more exceptional women - and, as a submissive, I am grateful for having had the experience of getting to know each of them through their words and photos.
A Lesbian Orientation collects the first 3 books of the Teen Lesbians Taking Over series by Jordan Church, and it's a kinky blend of lesbian seductionA Lesbian Orientation collects the first 3 books of the Teen Lesbians Taking Over series by Jordan Church, and it's a kinky blend of lesbian seduction and female domination that explores a battle of wills between two college freshmen. Cara is a good, upstanding role model, a young woman who has been tasked with setting a positive 'straight' example to her lesbian roommate. Mindy, though, is stronger than either woman has counted on, and she uses a combination of mind games, blackmail, and seduction to turn her new roommate instead. It's a slow seduction and a gradual, reluctant, troubled sort of transformation that takes all three books to be fully realized, and that makes this so much more powerful. There's a lot of kink and fantasy here, but it's rooted in realism, with nothing but the natural power of a confident, dominant lesbian driving it all. Mindy is as clever as she is patient, and she understands Cara far more than the other woman suspects. She knows just which buttons to push, and just how and where to press her roommate's limits.
Masturbation, voyeurism, and erotic teasing slowly wear down Cara's defenses, putting her in an increasingly difficult position. Mindy plays on her sense of honesty and decency, making deals where every word of their agreement is carefully chosen. The other woman can walk away at any time, but she's too responsible to break her word and violate their agreements. Had it just been Mindy and Cara, things might not have gone as far as they do, but with another dominant lesbian and her pet roommate to provide an erotic example, Cara finds her curiosity growing - and that's where this gets fun.
This opening arc of Teen Lesbians Taking Over is smart, sexy, and seductive, a fun exploration of a good girl's inevitable descent into lesbian submission. Fortunately, A Lesbian Orientation is just the beginning, and there's more fun to come!
Wow. With the publication of In Silver, one of most significant – and certainly the finest – epics of female domination and female superiority comes tWow. With the publication of In Silver, one of most significant – and certainly the finest – epics of female domination and female superiority comes to a triumphant close. With a final volume that’s almost as long as the first three combined, Miss Irene Clearmont ties together all the loose threads, explores all the hints of plots and teases of betrayals, and . . . well, changes the world.
I had the extreme pleasure of getting to read In Silver as a work-in-progress, following it through three drafts, and yet reading the final published story was still an utter delight. I fear that I shall never find the words to do it justice, but I will certainly submit to my muse and do my best.
For those of you new to the Domains, it is an exclusive South American resort where the richest and most powerful women of the world can indulge in the Utopia of a truly female-led society. In Pink introduced us to the Domain of frilly femininity and submissive sissies, a place where chastised (and sometimes castrated) men serve as latex-clad maids and pleasure slaves. In Crimson took us to a darker realm, a fetish Domain for hardcore BDSM enthusiasts where women can inflict both punishment, without limit or restraint, often taking revenge upon captives who wronged them in vanilla life. In Roan then led us into the fantasy Domain of stallions, geldings, and fillies, men and women trained and modified for riding, pulling carriages, prancing for show, and even breeding.
In Silver takes us into the most exclusive of the Domains, a place where the elite can watch as former friends, lovers, spouses, and enemies are transformed into pets and property. It is here that all the intriguing possibilities of the technology driving the Domains is realized, maximizing the physical augmentations and mental controls that make for such perfect slaves.
Almost more important than the fetish indulgence – and only because it furthers the natural superiority of all women, not just those of the Domains – is the tying together of all the subplots and political manoeuvring behind the scenes. There is a US Presidential election looming, and the war between Barrington Rossi, hypocritical figure of toxic masculinity and Republican candidate, and Andrea Perez, Mistress and independent candidate for a third term as President, is being fought as much in the private halls of the Domains as the public realm of politics. Or, so each would have the other believe, because there are plays to betray and expose the other side, the opposite gender, in pursuit of something bigger.
This is a story that gets dark and surprisingly violent, with very real consequences for the battle of the sexes. There is a strong subplot involving hackers and terrorists that mirrors so much of contemporary politics, and it provides a personal catharsis within the larger tale. Everything reaches a climax In Silver, one that is intensely erotic and intensely satisfying. It is an exquisite cap to over 260,000 words of female supremacy and fetish extravagance, with the difference between victims and slaves more important than that between men and women because, in their case, there are choices there to be made.
You are going to have to excuse me if I get a tad unprofessional in singing the praises of Miss Irene Clearmont and her latest entry in the Domains seYou are going to have to excuse me if I get a tad unprofessional in singing the praises of Miss Irene Clearmont and her latest entry in the Domains series, In Roan. I have been extraordinarily busy at the office this past month, and dealing with a few things at home, so my time to read and review has been severely curtailed, but this is a book I’ve been waiting to gush about for far too long.
For those of you new to the Domains, they are an exclusive resort for powerful women, part of a near-future female-led Utopia where they can indulge their deepest, darkest, most extreme fantasies. Pink domain is for women with a fondness for the frills of femininity and an appreciation for submissive bimbos – sissies especially. Crimson is for women with a refined instinct for punishment, a fetish environment in which they can indulge in both pain and pleasure, entirely without limits. Roan, as you may have guessed from the name, is for those women who like to hitch or saddle their stallions, geldings, and fillies for anything from a sedate carriage pull to a limit-pushing gallop.Yes, we are talking about the extremes of what some would call pony-play, but which is no game in the Domains.
As a submissive with an intense curiosity for the fetish, but no real experience, I was not sure what to expect of this. Oh, I knew it would be exquisite, I just had no real comprehension of precisely how. So, let me say, without doubt and without reservation, that I am a total fetish convert. The level of detail here in how slaves are costumed, trained, saddled, hitched, guided, ridden, and managed is exquisite. Even knowing as little as I do about horses and dressage, I came away from each scene with a clear understanding and an even clearer appreciation for just how much of an art form this is.
Now, part of what you need to understand about the Domains is that they represent the extremes of fetish, with electronic control modules that enforce a level of submission that is beyond realism or consent. The control is so exquisite, the subjects are left with only the most basic memory of being human, much less of being individuals. They feel, act, and think like the beasts they have been modified to emulate. The level of control over their sexual impulses is such that orgasms are so perfectly controlled, only achievable upon permission, and even then only in the sense of a biological release. Chastity and orgasm control at the biological level, granting the women of the Domains an exquisite degree of power over their slaves.
As if all of that fetish fuel, female supremacy, and sexual excess were not enough, there is also a deepening plot followed up In Roan. The Domains are growing, a pivotal US Presidential election is looming, global competition is increasing, and there is the matter of a traitor embedded in the Domains who is helping Barrington Rossi – Secretary of State, future Presidential candidate, and bastion of toxic masculinity – to ruin it all. How that traitor is exposed and punished is the driving force of this volume, but it is done in such a subtly beautiful way that the ending is a delightful surprise.
Once again, Dominant readers will find so much here to enjoy and appreciate, identifying with the women of the Domains, while submissive readers will thrill at the idea of being subject to such total control – even (or perhaps especially) when it is against their will. I am just going to come right out and say it, In Roan is the most exquisite, most exciting book I have read in years . . . and I cannot tell you what an orgasmic thrill it is to have a rough draft of In Silver already in my hands!

Reagan Lockhart knows how to frame a scene, and does a nice job of building her main character, imbuing her with personality and a real-life context.
One of those pleasant exceptions I mentioned is Sally herself, a career-driven BBW (big, beautiful woman) who finds herself caught between professional dreams and very personal fantasies. She is terrified of flying, so it is no real surprise when her plane crashes, leaving her to awaken on a small, seemingly deserted island.
I liked the initial exploration of the island, establishing the beauty of the isolated setting, and what we learn of the reclusive futanari culture is wonderful as well. There is just enough detail there to explain how the society works, how it continues to thrive, and how it remains hidden from the rest of the world, but not so much that it overwhelms the story.
Of course, you did not come to the island for a lesson in culture and geography, you came for the biology . . . and that is glorious. There are both female and futas on the island, dark-skinned beauties who do not suffer trespassers lightly. There is no guarantee Sally will be allowed to stay, especially once she breaks the rules and seduces two of her futa guards in a foolish escape attempt that just opens her to their sexual addiction. Lockhart does a lovely job of painting a picture of Amazonian superiority, allowing her futas to loom over Sally, dominating her as much with their presence as their inhuman members. As for accommodating those glorious shafts, she does address the logistics with the help of a mysterious elixir that not only allows Sally to stretch, but makes her ultra-sensitive as well.
Another if those pleasant exceptions is the village elder - Mistress, as Sally comes to call her - the biggest, most powerful, most sexually dominant futa on the island. She really does come across as superior, both in terms of appearance and behavior, especially in the way she treats Sally as a treasured pet. I loved how their relationship developed, with increasingly more complex, erotic, and adventurous explorations of lust. Despite her futa addiction, Sally remains committed to returning home, and the way they work through that makes for a fun close to the story.
If you love powerful, massively endowed futas dominating beautiful, soft, curvaceous women, and can appreciate the almost-magical aspects of their sexuality, you too might wish to be Stuck on Futanari Island.
Back Where He Belongs is a sweet, happy, funny romance about two adorable men who reunite after years apart . . . and indulge in a little kinky puppy Back Where He Belongs is a sweet, happy, funny romance about two adorable men who reunite after years apart . . . and indulge in a little kinky puppy play. Yes, I know what you are thinking, but the combination really works. Isobel Starling does such a marvelous job of establishing Kier and Douglas as characters, establishing their history, and deepening their relationship, that the transition from awkward reunion to hot, kinky sex is not entirely natural, as if the story could not have gone anywhere else without us raising our eyebrows.
This is a story about love, trust, and commitment. Kier and Douglas were madly in love, once upon a time, but Kier was still very much in the closet and not ready to proclaim his love to the world. It is pure chance that reunites them, but there are issues to be worked through before they can think of being back together.
I loved how the story played out, with Kier's desperate longing seemingly denied at every turn. It is not a harsh story or a cruel story, not by any means, but a realistic one where a grand gesture is needed to re-open another's heart. There is even a little bit of comic mistaken identity to cast some doubt as to where Douglas' heart lies. The puppy play is both a callback to their happier times and a gateway to their future, with the submission, the power play, and the role of belonging at the heart of the story. It is only a small part of the story in terms of page count, but such a huge part in terms of significance.
If you are a fan of M/M romance, true love, and second chances, Back Where He Belongs is just an altogether lovely story.

Jim Lyon makes the most of the short story format, giving us enough information on the characters to make us care, but keeping the focus largely on the details of the fantasy.
As the story opens, we are introduced to Mona, a celebrity pop star whose biggest hit is a fetish-themed song that she performs on stage in full pony-girl attire, with the whole world assuming it is merely an act. The more she plays the role, however, the more she craves it.
From there the story switches to Celeste, a professional trainer of pony-girls and pony-boys, as she prepares to break in a new stable of ponies. It is here where Lyon shows his true colors, somehow merging the violence of piercing, whipping, and gruelling physical training, with the beauty and the grandeur of formal pageantry. He really sells the fantasy, allowing reader to understand - and, perhaps, even long for - the pony experience.
Now, as to where Mona's story intersects with Celeste's, you can probably guess, but far be it from me to spoil the fun....more
Aside from an awkward opening (which I will get to in a second), Master's New Kitten was an absolutely sumptuous read, full of seductive sensuality. DAside from an awkward opening (which I will get to in a second), Master's New Kitten was an absolutely sumptuous read, full of seductive sensuality. Dominique Rothford has a wonderful writing style, a love for her characters, and a flair for detail that make the story come alive. It can be hard to create a connection between lovers, especially when one of them is largely limited to kitten-like meows, but she makes us believe in their passion.
It all begins when a bored, lonely Katherine reluctantly slips into her old sexy cat costume. Just as she is heading to her sisters for a Halloween party, though, she gets a call for a job interview . . . and forgets all about the costume. The timing seems a bit odd, and the mental lapse is hard to fathom, but it plays out so well, it is easily forgivable. She does not get the job, but she does get a date - and Alex insists she keep the costume on.
I had so much fun with this story! Katherine is a great character, a young woman looking for a spark of passion and adventure. If she has a kinky bone in her body, she has ever explored it, but she is curious about Alex and his fetishes. As for Alex, he initially seems like your typical alpha millionaire, but he is caring and compassionate, a deliberate lover and a disciplined pet owner. Their exploration of dominance and submission, with an emphasis on pet play rather than traditional bondage, is truly a joy to behold. Katherine has her reservations, but Alex provides her with safewords, and she quickly loses herself in the fantasy.
I know, you are probably wondering how there can possibly be even a hint of romance between a rich Master and the submissive kitten he just met, but Rothford develops the characters as well as she does the scene, completely delighting the reader, and making me wish for a pair of cat ears of my own.
