Saint is the fourth book in the Boston Underworld Series. Rory ‘The Saint’ Brodrick, an Irish Mobster, is no stranger to taking trouble head-on. But Scarlett is trouble like he has never experienced before. Rory has had his eyes on her for a long time and when Scarlett traps Rory in her web, a sequence of events are triggered and life or death is on the line.

"I protect the people I love. And sometimes, that means getting a little bloody."

Told in dual POV, Saint, for me, was slightly different from the other books in the series. Although it contained the same amount of mob action, smoking hot steam, and dark romance, I found it difficult to connect with Scarlett. Scarlett is a truly damaged heroine and although I admired Rory's dedication to her, I found myself frustrated with her inability to appreciate Rory and the loyalty he so willingly gave to her. Still, this was another stunning read with a unique plot set in a mafia world!



Overall, I highly recommend Saint and the entire Boston Underworld Series to anyone who enjoys an expertly constructed dark romance! This series has quickly elevated to one of my favorites of all time and I can only hope and pray that there will be more to come!
