it was amazing

This great Irish poet won the Nobel Prize in literature in 1923, and he certainly deserved it! I really enjoyed this book of his poems. My favorites are He wishes for the Cloths of Heaven, The Song of Wandering Aengus, The Lake Isle of Innisfree, and The Wanderings of Oisin. I will be taking this book with me to Dublin, Ireland soon! I have missed Ireland!

John Stanifer Have you seen the movie Equilibrium? It was made a few years after the Matrix and deals with similar themes -- there's a scene where Sean Bean is reading an illegal copy of Yeats and gets shot for it by Christian Bale's government enforcer. Kind of a violent scene, but very effective. Goodreads won't let me post the link, but if you go to YouTube and search "Equilibrium W.B. Yeats," it's easy enough to find.
