The Next Time I Die (Hard Case Crime)

It’s well written, but after so many movies and books about the multiverse, do we really need a story where the main character only believes in the concept after half of the book, when the audience already knows what is happening after a couple of pages? And then, when the story finally kickstarts, it’s over. Frustrating read.
