Whew! I feel validated! What can I say about this much needed, affirming work of art? The author's lived experiences, feelings, and thoughts mimic my own and likely those of most Black women before, during, and after the pandemic. The pandemic and other significant events during the height of it only made these extra more conspicuous. I am grateful for this book!
