Complications
This series is so good. Totally not what I was expecting, the complications for Eve keep growing. This book picks up from where we left the story last with Eve being kidnapped by Rurik on the massive sentient spaceship.
Eve is such a great FMC taking everything in her stride, all the weirdness of the alien species she meets, especially Rurik’s parents and the days long strange Vestalis mating rituals.
The scenes she has with Rurik are scorching hot, he’s definitely got extra appendages that Eve appreciates. Thought she was red hot with Abraxas but this is also as hot, really hoping for a scene with them both in during the next book.
There’s so much world building and detail in here that you can almost imagine yourself there, such awesome writing. This isn’t something I’d normally read but this is done so well that I’m lapping it up, I’m definitely an A.S.S
