Well. It wasn’t bad. But there also wasn’t much exciting me in here. I'm glad I didn't invest in the audio.
I think I’m finally done with this series.

Did you do the audio? Teddy Hamilton’s narration brings it up in rating for me!

@Kaity - no. I wanted to but it wasn't whispersynced yet and I'm glad I didn't. I also don't enjoy TH's narration as much as I used to. It's weird but I actually like him most in dual narrations in MF romances.
I gave up on this author for now, somehow we don’t click any more 😕 a shame, because I used to love her books. Now, they’re either lacklustre, or I dnf them.
I liked the first book ok, but haven't continued the series. The stories seem to be pretty rinse and repeat and nothing stands out. Like I forget about everything the minute I finish reading
@Kaity - I mean, I like listening to TH but sometimes I'm really curious as to why he is in such high demand and even casted for "roles" he doesn't fit at all in my opinion. I find that he is not the best actor among narrators and has absolutely no talent or training for accents so yeah, I'd really love to know.
@Cat - yes, I feel the same. My absolute fave by her is still the first in the Frat Wars but that's about it. I think I won't bother with her books in the future.
@Nicole - it really seems so. It all comes across so boring with no real excitement. But her books are popular enough that it seems to still hit with a lot of readers.
::sings:: Breaking up is hard to do… 🎶 But seriously, you’re not alone in this sentiment. I feel like they are pushing quantity over quality. Will I still consume their new stuff? Yes. Will I regret it? Also yes.
