Yes! This book was exactly the thing I needed. I love my book boyfriends being a bit bonkers, and the author of this standalone totally provided it to me. "Queen of Spades" has it all; an intriguing storyline, an fmc who's cute and lovely but knows how to deal with stubborn men, lots of spice and protective men. I love a darker storyline, and in this one the threats all come from outside the harem. So you get all the sweetness inside the bedroom, and all the suspense outside of it.

I'm really enjoying this part of the omegaverse world the author has created, and there are so many more side characters I wish to get to know better in the future! There's lots of humor involved in this story, especially in the connections between four men who aren't all used to the idea of sharing. I really like Grady, and once I learned more about his background, I even liked him a whole lot more. He's definitely being added to my harem of fictional boyfriends...

So yeah, this was another great story by an author who's slowly becoming one of my favorite authors out there right now! I'm already looking forward to whatever she will be writing next.
