Jessica (Abele) Briceno grew up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. After receiving her B.S in Communications from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in August of 2000, she moved to Houston,Texas to try her hand at magazine editing and publication. Jessica later went on to complete a second degree to become a registered dental hygienist from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

After her own intense journey to self discovery, Jessica felt a strong desire to help others who were struggling with things like self-acceptance, self-worth or those simply searching for a greater sense of inner peace and happiness.
