Because time and energy are of the essence, I always have plenty to do when I sit down to write.

However, the times I do feel a bit of "writer's block" it is usually because I haven't sufficiently outlined a scene. The cure is to go for a while and figure out what needs to happen. This always works better when I'm away from the keyboard. When I have it all clear in my head I can sit back down and hammer it out.(less)
