Greetings, Citations, and Proclamations

The Governor’s Correspondence Office manages requests for greetings, citations, and proclamations from the Governor. Please review the requirements page for more information on requesting a greeting, citation, or proclamation.

We receive a high volume of requests and appreciate your patience while your request is being reviewed. The Governor’s Office is unable to process incomplete or inaccurate requests, and reserves the right to fulfill or deny requests at its discretion and/or to edit any submitted material for final wording.

We require 4-6 weeks to process a request and we may contact you directly regarding your request via phone or email (outgoing domain @iq.pa.gov).

You may submit your request for a greeting, citation, or proclamation by using the online form—choose “Greeting/Proclamation Request” in the Message Topic dropdown menu—or by mail. If submitting a request via U.S. mail, please be sure to include a phone number and email address.

Scheduling

All scheduling requests must be submitted in writing via the online form or U.S. mail. If you are requesting a meeting with the Governor, please communicate the proposed meeting topic and other potential attendees.
