It's a good day to be the AColdWall x Nike Air Max Plus

After five long, long years of waiting, A-Cold-Wall* and Nike are officially back. And this time around, they're taking on a true ‘90s classic with the A-Cold-Wall* x Nike Air Max Plus. A collaboration that has been rumoured for quite some time, it's perhaps even better than sneakerheads imagined.

Dr Samuel Ross, the creative director and founder of ACW, has gone full monochromatic on the Air Max Plus. Unwrapped in ‘Pure Platinum’ and ‘Black’ options – just like his Air Force 1 Low from 2018 – this collection aligns with the British streetwear brand's minimalistic design language. Outfitted in premium leather throughout, cut-outs across the lateral and medial sidewalls offer a deconstructed look, while translucent panelling to the front and back is quite Neo Milan 2082.

Underfoot, both trainers sit on top of highly sculpted TN Air Max midsoles complete with even more logos and text, and to round it all off, each ACW Air Max Plus comes packed in an exclusive co-branded shoebox that has been made specifically for this very special collab.

2023 marks 25 years since the Air Max Plus was first introduced, and to celebrate this massive milestone, the Beaverton sportswear company has taken the wraps off a range of graily colourways just like this one. According to the latest reports, they'll also be bringing back the OG ‘Hyper Blue’ very soon, which is big, big news, especially for British sneakerheads who have long bought into this specific colourway.

The A-Cold-Wall* x Nike Air Max Plus collection is set to drop within the coming months, and will retail for around £170 each. In terms of where you'll be able to get a pair, A-Cold-Wall*, Nike, and select sneaker shops globally will have these in stock.
