Samuel L Jackson has got one-tone dressing covered

The Captain Marvel actor just schooled every man on how to do tonal dressing. The key? Go big and stay neutral When you think of Samuel L Jackson, you probably think of his roles in Star Wars, Django Unchained or Captain Marvel. Well, sure, that's all well and good, but you can also think of him as one of your unofficial style icons. Stepping out for the Jimmy Kimmel show, Jackson did something that a lot of men are too afraid to do – he went full tonal. What does that mean? He essentially dressed in one colour. Sporting not far off 50 shades of grey, the actor wore head-to-toe hues of the colour. And it was a seriously bold move. Everything from his hat to the details on his shoes was grey. Are we into it? You bet we are. Full tonal looks are something that we've seen popping across the board and brands such as Jil Sander and Louise Trotter at Lacoste are championing them (and they aren't just stopping at grey). Can you do it? You bet you can. All you need to do is opt for one hue and mix and match varying shades of it. Wear with confidence and you're good to go. If you aren't feeling a bright colour, we recommend going for neutral (leave the bold to A$AP Rocky). Below we show you the items you need to buy to go full grey and gloomy this spring (although we hope the weather says the opposite)...
