The lavish property, which is spread across 3,000 square feet and includes 10 bedrooms and a 70-metres private beach, cost the business tycoon a staggering Rs 640 crore, according to News18. This was also reported as Dubai’s second-biggest residential property deal, Hindustan Times reports.

When Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta tied the knot in 2019, Nita Ambani gifted her new daughter-in-law with an incredible gift — the Mouawad L’Incomparable, a Rs 451 crore necklace with 91 diamonds, which holds the record of being the most valuable necklace in the world. The Mouawad L’Incomparable features a flawless 407.48-carat yellow diamond that is suspended gracefully from a 229.52-carat white diamond necklace which, in turn, is intertwined by 18-karat rose gold branchlets. The luxury car comes with the highest specs; being powered by a twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter W12 engine and is reportedly capable of going from 0-60 mph in just 3.6 seconds.
