In accordance with Section 743 of Division C of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2010, Public Law 111-117, requires civilian agencies to prepare an annual inventory of their service contracts and to make the inventory available to the public.

The inventories are used by HUD to better understand how contracted services are being used to support HUD’s primary mission and to ensure HUD maintains an adequate workforce to operations and identify whether contractors were performing inherently governmental functions.
