If you select to submit your complaint/dispute anonymously, iGO will not be able to contact you to obtain further information or provide a status update.

If your complaint/dispute is determined to be regulatory in nature and concerns a subject matter under the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario's (AGCO) mandate, iGO will forward your complaint/dispute to the AGCO. By submitting your complaint/dispute, you acknowledge and agree to this. Alternatively, you can submit your complaint/dispute anonymously.

iGO may be limited in its ability to address anonymous complaints/disputes.

Operator website player information (Complaint/Dispute Reference Number and Player ID) are used to support complaint/dispute handling, and by providing this information, you acknowledge iGO sharing this information, as needed, with the entity your complaint/dispute is about.

Notice of Collection
The information you submit is collected pursuant to the Gaming Control Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c. 24 and O. Reg 722/21 made under the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Act, 2019. The principal purpose of the collection is to use the information to investigate your complaint. The information may also be disclosed pursuant to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter F. 31.
