The Italian Institute for Privacy and Data Valorisation (IIP) published a new research paper “The Temptations of the European and National cloud: amid political simplification and legal criticism”, written by Luca Bolognini, President of the Italian Institute for Privacy and Founding Partner of our Law Firm, and Enrico Pelino, Fellow of IIP.

The paper aims to be an analysis of the feasibility, from a juridical point of view, on the proposal of a local European cloud compared to the solutions offered by non-EU providers.
