Unincorporated generally describes an entity or organization that has not been formally established as a legal corporation. This term can also refer to something not mixed or combined with another entity. 

In constitutional law, an unincorporated amendment to the U.S. Constitution applies solely to the federal government and does not restrict state governments. Such amendments are not considered incorporated because their language and intent have not been recognized as integrated into the provisions of the Fourteenth Amendment
