Appellant was adjudicated delinquent based in part on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol to the extent it was less safe for him to drive. OCGA § 40-6-391 (a) (1). The petition of delinquency was also sustained as to charges of speeding, OCGA §§ 40-6-181 — 40-6-183 and 40-6-1, and possession of alcohol by a minor, OCGA § 3-3-23.
