Implement security policies. Choose security tools and implement layered security. Develop incident response plans. Prioritize risk mitigation efforts based on the potential impact on operations, finances, and reputation. Monitor and review. Conduct thorough security audits and continuous monitoring to stay ahead of evolving risks. Be open to feedback from your team about what's working and what isn't. 

In my experience implementing more frequent training sessions can be a highly effective way of maintaining productivity while ensuring continuous learning that doesn’t become mundane or tedious. I find that incorporating these training sessions into weekly briefings or as daily tips a much better way to ensure continuous learning while the use of such things like technology or interactive content a way to keep things interesting and enjoyable.
