A la hora de delegar tareas de forma adecuada y especialmente si tienes poca experiencia profesional el error más habitual es después de delegar una tarea, ponernos nerviosos porque se acerca la fecha o el resultado no es el esperado y entonces retiramos lo delegado para hacerlo nosotros. Esto es un grave error, porque el mensaje que damos a la otra persona es que no confio en tí. Además la próxima vez que delegues la persona pensará que para que se va a preocupar si finalmente lo vas a hacer tú. Así que mi consejo es calmarse y en todo caso ponerse codo con codo con la persona para rematar la tarea en plazo y forma. Nunca retirar.
