En la facilitación en general los diseños y ejecuciones deben ser siempre a la medida. En grupos grandes es importante darle voz, sino es posible a todos, a la mayoría y para eso existen diferentes técnicas a aplicar: World Cafe, Fish Bowl, u otras. Algo que en mi experiencia es importante, es contar con un plan "B",ya que existen circunstancias en las cuales lo planificado no funciona, por diversos motivos, no levantamos adecuadamente la información, el cliente brinda información incompleta, el grupo es mayor de lo que nos indicaron, el local no se presta para lo planificado, no existe un ambiente de seguridad psicológica adecuado, entre otros. Lo importante es estar alerta por los emergente que pudieran aparecer y atenderlos adecuadamente
