For salary negotiations of data analyst role or any other role for that matter, there are few things we can do, but I have seen that companies now are more concerned about giving market comparative salaries. Because they know that retention will be a problem if they are not doing that. - understand the value you are bringing - how much money the company will make if you join them - compromise if the work life balance is there.
