I think, on first step, it is not just about customer. It is more about legislations, regulations and technology trends. So we should anticipate future restrictions/obligation on new technologies and ongoing regulations targets like 2035 EU. Then we can design customer needs base on a broader perspective. Then, understanding technology trends base on investment could give a good understanding. It is a slow change for next 10 years, we will see domination of lithium batteries, autonomous driving, but for far further best solution is making that future!
