Work hand in hand with the IT technicians, allocate a team to be training the staff on how to use the system as they come and keep adding them into the system as they join the organization. Clear them immediately as they leave for security. This has been very helful for us and has made the work easier. In addition, since the staffs are of different categories, the IT technicians can help allocate some rights to others and limit them for others eg. Resident doctors can be accorded with full operational rights, locum or part-time doctors can be allowed limited access. Initially we allowed all practitioners to have equal rights but it led to confusion.
