Acredito muito no aprendizado coletivo, muitas vezes dentro de uma própria equipe, onde habilidades de uns são a dificuldade de outros, ou seja o coletivo se complementa, e isso esta diretamente ligado muitas vezes a diversidade da equipe "que na minha opinião tem um valor muito grande", onde mais experientes trocam idéias e conhecimentos com colegas ainda com pouca experiência, mas esses também contribuem com novas abordagens, insights ou até mesmo conselhos, pois até os mais experientes ainda tem muito aprender.

Muito importante ter redes de contatos profissionais, ter sólidos conhecimentos e também a humildade de reconhecer que não sabemos tudo, procurar trocar ideias com outros profissionais, ir a eventos, fóruns pode ajudar e facilitar a assertividade na resolução de conflitos.
