In few cases, change in the business dynamics resulted in drifting of the risk-based decisions and it needed re-alignment. Most of such cases, avoid became transfer. In one case, when the there was a revamp of management, I had to rewrite the RMP completely 4 times as the changes progressed. Identification of risk is a very powerful tool and change in management was one such risk I had not factored in!
