Muitas vezes precisamos chegar ao extremo para entender que é preciso o equilíbrio entre a vida profissional e a pessoal. Não existe uma pessoa 100% de um lado se o outro não está bem! Isso pode acontecer por um momento, por um projeto, mas não para uma vida. O segredo da vida é o equilíbrio: lutar no profissional e se satisfazer, para dar orgulho a quem nos espera em casa e, se oxigenar em casa para ter forças à ir ao trabalho.

Read more! And I say that from personal experience. We all have so much to offer after decades of experience in our careers. But it's not always easy to put all our thoughts and ideas into a structured, easy to understand, easy to consume format. I recommend reading a few books specific to your particular field, and more importantly, read articles about trends within your area of expertise, connect the dots in terms of your experience, leadership, domain knowledge and see how you can update your style, perspective and strategy to tailor your approach to mentorship so that it is relevant, current and provides for immediate actions that your peers, especially younger ones can take.
