Clearly communicate what "remote work" looks like in your context. For some companies this might mean that there is increased flexibility. So you could more easily integrate your work and "outside of work" life. Doing errands during the day. Taking a morning off to go for breakfast with a friend. For other companies remote might simply mean "location remote" i.e. the norms of the working day have not changed other than the location. Many companies chart a course somewhere in the middle. But, being clear on expectations with people gives them a higher likelihood of thriving.
