In my experience, when dealing with conflicting feedback from users and stakeholders in a UX project, it's crucial to gather and present data clearly! Understand your data & what it means before you jump into conclusions. Start by collecting detailed feedback from both users and stakeholders, focusing on their needs and goals. Then, try to create simple visuals like charts and graphs to show this data clearly. For example, if users find the checkout process a bit difficult but stakeholders worry about redesign costs, show how many users abandon their carts due to these issues and the potential loss in sales.

Acredito que o caminho é justamente este, e adicionalmente diminuir os tempos de respostas de testes na compreensão do que é intuitivo.

Uma vez passei exatamente por isso, porém consegui intermediar com um novo fluxo entre um usuário chave e o desenvolvedor, pois as questões voltada para a personalização do que é intuitivo, as vezes ele é pessoal, isto é, a condução do cliente dentro daquele produto, por conhecer o negócio, era diferente da visão do desenvolvedor. Com esse fluxo as expectativas foram alinhadas e os tempos de respostas diminuíram.

When both of their goals and priorities do not match then it is important that we look for balancing goals. There is always a scope of common grounds which shares the common overlapping goals. And also, without just removing the conflicting feedback, we can just revise the design and thnk again whether we did get the best decisions or not.

UX design always goes through a iterative process. But for me, before conducting any iteration I must have a clear picture why the solution isn't working and what I wanna achieve. Iteration based on assumption is a waste of time. Every feedback is necessary, but more important is to sort out which feedback is aligned with that business. Iteration based on random feedback from different sources can be a barrier to achieve the final goal of the product. It's better doing nothing logical than something absurd.

First, I understand both sides and find common goals. Then, I use data to prioritize the most impactful feedback. I keep communication open with regular meetings to discuss feedback and explain our decisions. We work together through workshops and brainstorming sessions to find solutions, using prototyping and testing to see what works best. I find compromises that make both sides happy and stay flexible. By checking out the report that you have made to record all the decisions listed, we can definitely find out what were the conflicts and what we did to resolve those conflicts.
