Muchas veces se usa sólo para marcar los errores como si a quien evalúa se le diera el título de "arbitro de futbol" para marca las faltas. La experiencia me ha mostrado que, en la retroalimentación, el reconocimiento es parte de este proceso de mejora ya que forma parte inseparable del crecimiento personal y profesional que impacta directamente a la productividad e inclusive al ambiente laboral.
