It is also very critical of how well you understand that niche yourself, so you're able to find the right resource for your job. Maybe also use tools and assessment criteria to check how well would they be able to serve you once onboarded. Although looking for "conviction, rigor and passion" for niche talent expertise will always be a biased connotation in the first place if you haven't used as much tools to see how good they may be on paper and in reality.

Recruiter should consider: **prior to offer negotiation conversation** Recruiter needs to collect all types of data from candidates such as expectation (if not exact number the at-least a ball park number), offer in hand, on going interview details etc.. **During offer negotiation** Make a full package, don't just talk numbers.. -talk about all the perks and benefits candidate will be entitle for -talk about the role impact candidate will be creating in an organisation -Talk about the milestones, recent news, funding, latest awards etc and share a bit about your org's future plan to make the offer interesting.
