Le coaching sert avant tout à se recentrer sur ses valeurs et sur ce qui nous anime dans le métier que nous faisons. Par moment une simple impulsion suffit, d'autres fois une introspection profonde est nécessaire. Il n'y a pas une règle préétablie en coaching il faut vraiment être à l'écoute et s'adapter aux besoins réels (souvent différents de ceux exprimés)
