Non Monetary Benefits always have a long term impact on the employees and it plays a very vital role in retaining and rewarding right man, we can create some mental well being activities for the transformation of human behaviors in which realizes the employees that we not only care about his performance overall his well being because we want him to retain and respect his loyalty.
