- Underline your assumptions with hard data. Look for studies or analyze the market leader if there is one - Dont do guesswork. Hard facts is what investors and their investors like - Show product market fit first. Even if there is no business market fit - having product market fit is key. - "We are the first who....." - "Never had anydone done this...." - are BAD phrases. WHY is there no one doing this? Concentrate on WHY customers (even ones who havent paid for your product yet but love it) would buy your product and ask them for a reference.
