Measure what matters! Some time ago Harry Joiner told me that the most important aspect is to being able to bring numbers and avoid talking about expriences only but experineces that are realted to numbers, as numbers are crutial in business. Increased converstion, ROI from new implementation, new channels, budgets etc. In summary: money 😄 Numbers, numbers, numbers and if you can't count how much you brought to the company, then you are missing the most important aspect that could be your USP in comparison to others.

Here's how I access my weaknesses and address them. -Check what areas of your work you're good at and what you struggle with. -Figure out why you struggle with the areas and make sure you narrow it down as much as possible (There will be some points you don't understand clearly/require more information on) -Find related fix for the issues like if you don't understand something try getting a course/knowledge source for that. -Implement what you learnt and see if it improves the area you struggle with. This is the most simple way to actually fix your problem or weak areas and has helped me alot in my 4 years of brand growth venture.
