Enhancing team coordination is pivotal. We launched a new training program, coupled with a comprehensive evaluation strategy. Pre-training, we bench marked KPIs like incident response time. Post-training, data came from surveys, observations, and tests. For analysis, we used both descriptive and inferential statistics. While the stats were promising, the qualitative feedback revealed a need for better crisis communication protocols.
