People love free stuff! 2. You will have some initial data and then collect feedback. 3. Analyse data and feedback. 4. Sort your Targeted audience from that! 5. Create a final product with all the upgrades. 6. Launch and Scale!

I take time to cover as much local coverage, niche or community as possible and engage directly with readers. I also try to cut up teasers and previews across various platforms and perform tests as well as opportunities for feedback from readers.
