Here are three interview questions you can prepare for to prove adaptability: 1. A time you had to adapt to a change in your work environment and how you approached it. 2. A time you had to take on more responsibilities than usual at work. How did you manage the situation and what were the results? 3. A time you experienced a setback or something you were working on. How did you use that as an opportunity for growth or learning? Be sure to lead with the result you achieved first and then follow up with context versus context first to avoid the impact of your answer getting lost.

I would respond by highlighting specific examples of situations where I demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in the workplace. I use stories from my personal life and personal transformation after a severe illness. This situation forced me to go on a path of personal transformation, and it taught me so much, that I started to apply the principles that I learned on my professional journey as well. It works really well talking about this. Besides this, I share my personal learning experience: in the beginning, I didn't know what to do or how to start. Being comfortable with that and look for people who were ahead of me, proved the right idea. Others feel supported, knowing there are not alone in their struggles.
