It's important that you keep a proper hygiene check of your profile. A regular update that can be scheduled properly, getting engaged with others content, being a part of discussions is a good practice in order to keep your profile active. You can play smartly by scheduling these activities and by trying to get maximum through such activities. Consistency is the key to any digital and social medium. Be consistent in all your activities and you will see your profile grow. Remember one thing, you must be relevant and making or engaging with interest-seeking content. Posts on trending things, current events, can also be helpful.

At the end of day each person’s perception on authentic engagement looks different to another person. Yes provide insights but I strongly recommend engagement in moderation. We have to remember at the end of the day we all have lives beyond networking.

Additionally, I seek out networking opportunities, both online and offline, to connect with like-minded professionals and expand my reach. By consistently providing value and actively engaging with my network, I create meaningful connections that foster growth and opportunities but like someone mentioned, it should not be at the cost of compromising my own mental wellbeing

It will help those at the receiving end perceive the way you connect with them.

Autenticidade: ser franco e transparente, sem florear as coisas ou desenhar mundos perfeitos onde tudo dá certo. 3. Sucesso do seguidor: assim como em vendas, onde você precisa pensar o sucesso do cliente com seu produto ou solução, as postagens demandam atenção especial para que a sua informação gere valor àqueles que te seguem. Venda menos o que você quer entregar e mais o que as pessoas estão precisando receber. 😉

Engaging content helps me attract the right connections. I also understand the importance of being patient and persistent. Building a solid professional network takes time and consistent effort. I don't get discouraged easily. Instead, I continue providing value and nurturing relationships.

The work in networking mostly takes places off of social media. You can use social media to build an initial funnel to build your community, but you need to know your goal for why you are building that community. Start with the people you do know. Are there people you have come across on social that you admire, but haven’t connected with in real life? If so, give it a shot!

It also requires you to understand that it requires time and consistent efforts. Grow your network offline, then follow up online as people reach out. Volunteer for community events such as local cleanup, festivals, or recreational activities. Put business cards on bulletin boards at your local community center, leave flyers at your local gym, donate bookmarks to your local library, etc, etc.
