In my opinion, this should be listed first. Clean data, partnered with transparency in reporting, top-down management and a “pay for performance” culture will drive performance. Build dashboards inclusive of all employees, limited to the top 2-3 KPI. Do an absolute ranking from the best to worst performers. Review that and reward those with highest performance the reward of new work. Your clients will also be happier. Be sure to measure both quality and productivity. Implement a two-pronged incentive system, rewarding those with highest productivity and highest quality. The gap between the best and the worst performers will close quickly.

Creating a framework and giving guidance on what to focus on, like reach, impact, confidence, effort can greatly drive more valuable ideas. Provide tools that allow or support testing ideas early on to get quick feedback loops.

Encourage employees to come up with innovative ideas to improve processes and technologies. Create a culture where experimentation and innovation are valued, and where employees feel empowered to suggest and implement changes.

Start evaluating processes you want to automate and the technologies you're capable of using right away. 5. Implement the automation, whether it's bots, software tools or scripts it doesn't matter, focus on having good processes in place.

A good CRM that is easy to use can solve a lot of issues that use to require humans (such as trouble tickets, sales forecasts, reports, and client data). By incorporating a CRM and giving the tool to your team, you get all this great data as a side product. Most of these systems are available on multiple platforms (phone, tablet, PC, etc.) so access to these systems is easy for the users.
